providers and facilities will enhance their medical benefits. To help patients avoid a
reduction in benefits, we ask that you refer them to other PHCS Network
providers and facilities when such referrals are consistent with good medical judgement.
We recommend that you verify all provider and facility participation before referring
patients by calling Member and Provider Services at (800) 950-7040.
