Medical Insurance - We offer the choice of a PPO plan and a HMO plan for family or individual coverage. Both plans include prescription coverage and vision care. Premiums are paid through payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis. (HMO option available in our Waltham, Massachusetts office only.)

Dental Insurance - We offer individual or family dental coverage through Guardian Insurance. The plan covers preventive care, minor and major restoration. Orthodontia benefit is available for dependents up to age 18. Premiums are paid through payroll deduction on a pretax basis.

401(k) Plan - Regular full and part-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan on their date of hire. Employees may contribute up to 60% of their pretax earnings up to the maximum yearly limit set by the IRS. PHCS will match 100% of the first 3% of an employee's eligible compensation, plus 50% of the next 3%. The plan, which is administered by Fidelity Investments, offers over 40 investment options.

Life Insurance - Our company-paid insurance plan provides insurance equal to two times an eligible employee's annual base salary rounded to the nearest thousand.

Optional and Dependent Life Insurance - Additional employee-paid life insurance options are available for eligible employees, their spouses and/or dependent(s).

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability - Both plans provide a salary replacement program for eligible employees in the case of short-term and long-term absences due to qualified illness or injury. The cost of this benefit is paid by PHCS.

Paid Time Off - We offer a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) package to eligible employees. PTO may be used for vacations, personal or family illness, doctor or dentist appointments, holidays not on the company schedule, or for any other personal reasons. Accrual is approximately 22 days per year, increasing to approximately 27 days after five years of service.

Holidays - We observe seven regular holidays and two annually-selected floating holidays.

Health and Wellness Fund - This benefit provides eligible employees with up to $200 per year for reimbursement of certain health and wellness related services or expenses that are not covered by medical, dental or vision insurance.

Tuition Assistance/Educational Reimbursement - We will reimburse eligible employees for career-related college degree programs, CEU programs required to maintain professional licenses and certain certificate programs. Reimbursement includes tuition, course-required textbooks and some fees.

Flexible Spending Account - The Flexible Spending Account allows participants to use pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket medical and dental expenses or dependent care expenses, within IRS guidelines.

Employee Assistance Program - Employees and their family members can receive confidential counseling on a variety of issues related to stress, finances, work and family life through our Employee Assistance Program. The cost of this benefit is paid by PHCS.

Additional Benefits* - Adoption assistance, direct deposit of paychecks, credit union, employee referral program, business casual dress environment, on-site daycare, on-site health club, on-site dry cleaning pick-up and delivery service, discounted movie passes, on-site Weight Watchers Program, seasonal discount ski tickets, seasonal discount amusement park tickets, on-site postage stamps and corporate discount with Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
